How booking works
Every relationship begins with a conversation, never a sales pitch.
- Reach out. Send the request form below, call or text (720) 593-6779, or email brianmackey@heartmindandsoulcare.org.
- Free conversation. A 20–30 minute call or video chat to hear your story and confirm availability.
- Confirm details. I send a short written summary: date, location, what’s included, and the honorarium.
- Reserve. Weddings: a deposit holds your date; the details are in the Ministry Honoraria Guide I’ll send you. Sessions: simply choose a time.
- Prepare & gather. We plan together, and on the day I arrive early, prepared, and present.
For suggested honoraria, just reach out and I’ll gladly send you my Ministry Honoraria Guide, along with deposits, cancellation terms, and travel guidelines. Spiritual direction and soul care are offered on a sliding scale, and no family will go without a funeral or bedside visit because of cost. Accepted: Card (through Square), check, cash, or Zelle.
